I made this card or my sweet Friend Vicky's daughter who will be having surgery. I will get it off in the mail in the next few days. This is one of the stamped images I recieved from another sweet friend that I colored with watercolor pencils and then I used a versa mark pen to go around the balloons and then I added clear embossing powder to them to make them more 3d. I also added clear to the bunnys eye! All my paper is usually scraps from my paper bag albums! So it is a good way to make good use of all my scraps! I started out making one card and hated it so then moved on to this one! I like how it turned out, I hope Brittany will be pleased with it!
