Thinking of you Bear Card

I Spent a little time in the craft room today and yesterday doing a little coloring and making up this card. I have a little scrappin buddy, as you can see by the picture. Most of the time Sophie wants me to hold her while i try and craft. So Bailee pulled up a chair beside her so that she could sit and watch! LOL

I colored the bear image with OMS and colored pencils. Added some stickles and some embossing powder to add a little shine.

I love the color combo of the scrapbook papers.

Buzzzzzin about my new gift tags.

Buzzzin about these new gift tags i just made!!! I love love love them. This stamp was my inspiration, I really love it and the sentiment on it. I "painted" it with reinkers and a paint brush and water. I find it so relaxing to just veg out and "paint". I added stickles to the flowers and i clear embossed the scissors, spade and eyes for some shine. If you notice the little bee flying off her hat, i decided to make little wire, beaded attachements and then i stamped some cute bees and attached to the wires front and back. The bees were colored with reinkers, i added stickles to the wings for shine and fun flocks to the stripes , i love how they turned out! I then added some more of the fabulous ribbon i got off etsy.com off Deb's Simple Treasures. I Almost hate to use the ribbon, as i love it so much! lol But i have to share ! The back of the tag has stamping and TO and FROM stamped on the back. I am still working on a "container" to put the tags in and then i will list it on etsy! I want a tin to decorate up to store them in, the trick will be to find one tall enough! So we will just have to see what i come up with!!!

Note Card Bag Set!!

Todays Project is a Note Card Bag Set. The cute bag comes with four 4x5 note cards and matching envelopes. Nature themed with berry and twig paper . I added dragonflies and real trigs to the bag with a pretty prima flower. To the note cards, i added some dragon flies as well and some awesome new ribbon i got from Debs Simple Treasures on etsy you can find her HERE

HUGS Tag Card

While the thunder and lightening rolled and boomed outside, i was in my craft room feeling "crafty" So I made this cute little tag card. I love this magnolia stamp, butterfly tilda. So cute.

I used craft paper, and paper from my scrap drawer to make up this color combo! A little mix of this and that! I also added some pretty prima flowers and stickles for some fun! Lace, ribbon and a little hanging tag , saying HUGS. I aged the edges of the papers, and the cardboard i distressed and inked too.

Tin Ladybug Purse!

I was inspired by my daughter when i made this tin purse, and i will probably have to make her one now......im sure! Little Miss Bailee Rose LOVES her lady bugs, her first birthday was lady bug cupcakes that i made and she has loved ladybugs since! My friend Melinda found these cute round tins and when i saw them i thought ladybugs! lol I really like the round shape of them and they are so much fun to cover. ( i like a challenge) I had to use one of the new stamps that Melinda sent me the lady bug girl...and I still may put cute as a bug on the tin, but i may just leave it as it is. I added ribbons, lace, buttons, prima flowers, pearls and stickles! Inside a made it so you could put things in it with out them falling out! Cute little purse for a cute little girl! Notice the wooden ladybug on the ribbon on the handle!

I used fun flock on the dog , painted it with watered down glue and a paint brush so i could give it some dark and light areas on the dog.

You cant see that this one is dementional! I love how it turned out. Thanks so much Melinda for gifting me this stamp set! I so love them all!

Catchin up on some posts! I have been busy working on a few more perpetual calendars and some cards. I just have been lazy about getting them on the blog!

I did a few more of the calendars for melinda, they were a hit so she decided to get a few more. My favorite in these last 3 is the pink/brown/cream it has a japanese feel to it. With the flowers/twig and butterfly. I love it. I think i am going to make me up one in that style maybe in colors to match my craft room, but maybe in the same colors i used on this one...not sure yet.

I also made a couple cards, One went for a birthday card and the other one i have not listed the other one on etsy yet! See...im really being lazy! ha
