Framed Up

I found this frame at the local thrift store and since it was deep i could see me using it for more of a shadow box type project. So my dear sweet friend Melinda had sent me this Graphic 45 pack of paper, we are both huge fans of Graphic 45 papers....! So i had to use it! And like I was telling her, its like GOLD...you want to use it but you are afraid to use it , cuz you dont want it to be gone! lol Anyways i am on a roll of these roses..no pun intended...i cannot figure out how the talented Linda Duke makes hers and i keep bugging her for a tutorial on it so i have resigned myself to make my own style and these are it! I added some images from the paper pack of the graphic 45 along with the rose and the buds i made. took some wires to make the squigglys and stamped the leaves. I added a bit of pearl ex to the flowers for a shine and some vintage ink to age the edges. I inked the edges of the frame as well. Im debating if im going to sell this on etsy or keep it for myself! 2 Pure Innocence Cards

I am going to list these two Pure Innocence cards on my Etsy. I love these stamps. So sweet! Both were colored with Colored Pencils, OMS and some Copics. A little stickles, brads,flowers, rhinestones...and some matching patterened papers and there you go! The top card does have a 3d effect with the image and the layout that its on also sticks up off the page.

Something New......

I received these cute roundish tins from My freind Melinda and at first i was scared! How am i going to cover that!!!!!!???? But tonight after she asked me to make her up one of the tins into this cute raspberry theme, I have decided that I love them! They are so fun and they are a challenge and i like that! I like to cover as much of the tin as i possibly can and i did just that on this one. I think that it is darling! I covered the black handle with some twine braid and then added some coordinating ribbons! I colored the raspberries and their box with colored pencils and OMS and addes some clear embossing powder to make them look juicy! i attached them with glue dogs and also with some of the 3D dots to give a little demention. I love it! I think Melinda will be pleased!

Special Order Bag and a Tag Sets

Thought i would share this cute set of bag and tag gift bag set. I did it for a special order and used the magnolia Tilda butterfly stamp! To cute huh? I decorated the bags to match the paper tops i added and colored the tildas to match as well. I inked up the designs on the bags according to the style needed to go with the matching papers. I think they are so fun and i will be making more in the future!

2 Bag and a Tags!

I had fun tonight making 2 bag and a tags that I am going to list on etsy. I used my Penny Black stamp and on one tag i colored directly on the craft paper tag, and it has a unique look, The other i stamped and colored on stampin up cream card stock and then put it on the kraft paper tag. So one is muted and one is brighter. Both have embossing and stickles for a little bit of shine an demention. I added some lace and twine to attach it to the bag. I also stamped TO: and FROM: to the back of the tag. The bags have been stamped on both sides and I added some edging off of some mary engelbret paper to the tops of the bags both front and backs for a pop of color. Bags are approx. 8x12.

Get Well Card

I love this stamp! Its my Helz Puppleditch design by Stampavie. So darn cute that dog. So I had to ink him up again and make another card. The card is 4.25x5.5 in size. I colored it with...ok everyone with me now..colored pencils and OMS...i love coloring it with colored pencils, not just because Im to "Po" to afford Copics, but just because i like too! ha Just make do with what you have. And be happy with it! I added a few rhinestones and i made the slipper 3d. Thanks for stopping by!
